This place is ridiculous. My mom called them to address some drain issues regarding frozen pipes. The guy spent the entire day there did not fix the problem and charged my mom 1500. My brother who is a licensed plumber went over and fixed the problem in less than 4 hours. Go somewhere else.

This place is a joke. You need to pay them 59.00 to get on their schedule and give them an all day window for their technician. They did not fulfill the time window they assigned us. They initially called to say they are running 2 hours late then 2 hours later called to cancel our appointment completely. The next day the repair was completed adequately but at a cost of more then double the national average cost for the same repair. Also they never provided an invoice showing the price breakdown of the repair.
Trevor was wonderful. I had 2 basement drains completely backed up. He spent 6 hours snaking and then jetting the drain until all was functional again. He thoroughly explained all options and cost estimates to me and took the time to think through not only the best way to fix the issue, but also how to do it with the least possible mess. After the job, he made sure the area was clean; actually, he left my basement cleaner than it was when he arrived. He also gave several maintenance and preventative recommendations. I would 100% recommend Trevor/Mr. Rooter.
Trevor Gustafson did an awesome job today installing my shut off valve and water line that runs to my fridge for dispensing water and ice. He was on the ball and did fast but excellent and honest work. Did very well with clean up and making sure everything is working properly. He came in with a great attitude and was willing to help with any of our plumbing needs. I will be using Mr. Rooter again in the future! Awesome job!
Our Service professional Trevor Gustafson was very polite, responsive, gave me my options, let me know what he was doing every step of the way, even our little kitten \Ozzie\ loved him. They got along really well and became best friends. He went around and checked over all our plumbing and was just so knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Mr Rooter to family and friends.
