Had our refrigerator go out in the morning. Called as soon as they were open and even though they were booked until next week, they found a technician that was close by and there were able to come by and have me fixed (had the part on the van) the same day by 10:20am! Very impressed with the quality and speed of service. The technician was very professional and really knew his stuff! Will use again!

While cleaning my office I found a receipt from Oakes Appliance detailing the repair done to my dryer last fall. The service I received was prompt and professional. The needed parts were on the truck. In addition to replacing a switch they pointed out a badly worn drive belt and replaced it. This saved me a future service call. I have recommended Oakes to several friends, and smile when I see their trucks in my neighborhood.

First time I needed water filter for my refrigerator, second time our washing machine needed a lid closed switch, and the third time my microwave needed a door closed sensor replaced.
