The ladies did an amazing job on our three small dogs. They looked adorable all spiffy with their little Holiday ties. Would recommend to everyone, very pleased.
Sister took her pup there and it's a whole new environment and great place to take your pets for grooming and boarding. They do great work on your pet, she didn't even know it was her own pup, they did an awesome job on him.
I absolutely love Karen. Not a fan of the new place though. Her sister is amazing but the heavy set girl seems to hate her job, rushes you, and just doesn't fit the environment.
It's a new day at The Pet Village. In August 2019, it was taken over by new owners who have gotten rid of all live animal sales - no more puppies, kittens, fish, rats, etc., and gotten rid of all the random pet supplies. The new owners come from the animal rescue world and approach the business differently. They now only offer grooming, bathing and cageless boarding services. Their focus is on the basics instead of trying to be all-things to all-people and not being awesome at any of them.
