Two years ago we were shopping around for a used piano for our daughter. We knew little about pianos and went to a few piano shops, but the pricing and quality we experienced was not too impressive. Somehow we heard about B Natural and Rick sold us a beautiful piano which we still have to this day. He only deals with pianos in superb condition, and he was a pleasure to do business with.

Some good teachers. Some bad ones. They kept switching teachers because they left. We were there for years then left because one teacher was rude to us and the owner only praised how great he was. Didn’t responded to the fact he left unprofessional messages. We got a used piano with 8 year warranty from them. Reported problem within a month. There were stains inside they asked me to ask my kids what they split water or wine. Turned out the glued on part on the keys was too sticking out. I think warranty has a meaning. I don’t appreciate their knee jerk reaction. Can people just be responsible?
