This is one of the best banks/credit unions I have worked with. There is always someone available to speak with on the phone if you have any questions and everyone I have dealt with is so nice and helpful. I have not had a bad experience in the last year I have been with them. I was recommended by someone I work with who said he loved this credit union too and highly recommended them for a loan I was looking to get. They beat everyone else’s rates. I will def be going to them for my next loan that I am looking to get.

Been doing business with the branch manager for years. John treats you like family not just a client, as well as his staff. Bought an older car through the Rockford branch now have a second vehicle on loan here. Couldn’t or wouldn’t recommend any other credit union they do great business and have the best rates for your budget.

He was very professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we had questions. And as a new Fccu customer, we noticed they aren’t like most banks, they are customer focused and want to make banking with them easy for us customers. We were pleasantly surprised with all the online features they offer. Very happy with our choice in lender and banking partner.
