This is the second time I am using Ron with HTI Home Inspections. I was very satisfied with the first inspection. His team is well organized and detail oriented. They do a very thorough job and have reasonable prices. They are attentive and do a comprehensive problem search. I highly recommend them for home inspections.
We keep finding more and more things that Ron should have caught and told us about but missed. I keep thinking back to when he had requested that I not follow him around during the home inspection (\because it would be boring\ for me) and after it was over, when I asked him to show me some of the things he was describing, he insisted that it would all be in the report. The report is very clearly deficient now that we've been living in the house for a couple of months. Also he was pretty sketchy in that he first sent a \preview report\ to my agent but not to me before sending me the real report. And he was very adamant that I should call him with any questions but he ignored all of my attempts to contact him from the get-go and only wanted to deal with my agent.
