I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Simply Nutrition. Julie Wendt, the integrative nutritionist I worked with, is the real deal! I was looking for someone who could take a holistic approach with me to address not only my weight and overall health, but my mind and spirit as well. Julie's approach is just what I needed! Her combination of deep knowledge, deep listening and strong coaching skills made me feel comfortable and well cared for. And she was able to zoom in on some issues I was aware of but couldn't even name! I also really like her ability to be gentle and compassionate while still bringing just the right amount of drill sergeant to her approach. She definitely knows her stuff, and I'm a regular for life!
