If I'm just browsing through the store, I never have bad experiences here typically. But it seems when I have a specific thing that I am looking for, I can't find it. Before going to physical store, I browsed online to be sure they had what I needed, and it told me how many were in stock and where it would be located! Amazing, right? I thought so too. But when I got there, and went to the location in the store, there weren't even similar items there. So I went through the store, up and down each isle, and even asked for help and got led around the store by managers just to come up short and not find what I was looking for. They have some good, attentive staff, I just think the website should be even slightly accurate before people waste their trip for nothing.

Wasn't the best or most well stocked Lowe's we've been to. Some of the female employees were extremely rude. Maybe because they didn't want to do their job? Or didn't know enough about it to help us properly. So they felt embarrassed? One of them kept sighing really loudly and her tone was frustrated and being rough with product trying to find the right thing for us. It felt like they were trying to get people not to ask them for help. If anyone knows of a better local business I'd gladly support them before this place again. That says something cause I've always loved Lowe's.

Microwave went out a couple of weeks ago. It was hard finding a suitable replacement anywhere. This location had a nice one I wanted in stock. The employees in the appliance department were awesome, which is the portion of this review I’d like to highlight. Service could not have been any better.

As about as helpfull as a big box store can be. You usually have to find someone to help you and load out is always slow. They fired all there checkout people and only have one at self checkout and the ones down at comercial or plants.
