We had an efficient and professional visit this week. Rapid COVID test done with utmost precautions. Seen by nurse and doctor. Made appt in morning, got in by 2, results immediately. Well done!!

When you need this place for seasonal illness, the wait to exam ratio is about 120:1 literally. But they are nice folks and nice facility.

Called Rockwall Urgent Care regarding Rapid Result Covid019 testing. They said all their appointments were full for the day but were still accepting \walk-ins\ until 5pm this evening. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the young lady behind the desk. She asked me a few questions and them asked me to step back outside to my vehicle and call their number and press \6\ and she would accept me via phone as a walk-in. She asked me some more questions on the phone (name, insurance carrier, if I had any symptoms) and told me to pull my vehicle into the covered driveway behind the other vehicle that had just arrived. A men came out, and spoke with me fr a minute and then gave me the nasal-swab. He was very gentle (not like the person that gave me my last nasal-swab from primacare) and asked if I wanted results emailed/called to me or if I wanted to wait. I waited and about 15-20 minutes later had my results. I was in their parking lot a total of about 35 minutes from the time I arrived and the time I departed with my test results. THAT IS FAST!! I was very impressed by the staff with their \bedside manner\ and that they genuinely seem to care about me. The next time I need another test, I will drive from Mesquite to Rockwall to visit Rockwall Urgent Care again. Brad

I had/have symptoms that are covid related so I went to CVS for a test. Results came back negative but they said I should go to urgent care for chest xray to rule out pneumonia and test for flu. The doctor at urgent care tested me again for covid and before I left they said if my test comes back negative but I still have symptoms I can come back and will not be charged another visit since I do not have health ins. I came back today after being there last week and was told I have to pay another visit. It hasn't even been 7 days since my last visit. I'm not impressed and will not go back.
