Don't know about fleetwood's other factories, or RV division, but this home building facility produces great quality homes at very affordable prices. On the chance that something does need repaired, they have their own in-house service crew that will take care of things promptly, (instead of trying to farm it out like many factories) Definitely recommend doing business with this manufacturer. Keep in mind, we do not endorse the retail \Dealer\ called Factory Expo that is setup inside their parking lot. Many consumers are fooled into thinking that Fleetwood Homes sells to the public, but they do not. Factory Expo dealership is a 'middle man' with commissioned sales people, and consumers can definitely find lower prices if they search enough online!
