I have to personally shout out one of the store managers, Amanda, for literally saving me and my family with her incredible customer service. A severe ice storm came through and destroyed the power grid in my area. We have been without power for a week, and we saw temps were dropping into the teens at night this weekend. We desperately needed a 100 lb propane tank to have enough fuel to get us through. We called every single hardware store in our area and everyone was cleaned out. Called the fuel company - couldn’t get through because everyone was closed due to the weather. So I stated calling Lowe’s - first the one in Lynchburg, then Madison Heights and Bedford. I called Rocky Mount last, and spoke to Amanda. She told me unfortunately they were sold out. Less than an hour later, Amanda calls me back and says ‘I have great news - we just got a shipment of the 100 lb tanks!’ I know she handles a lot in management; the simple fact that she remembered my name and number and actually took the time to call me back is a level of customer service I don’t experience often. Thank you; thank you, thank you Amanda! You truly went above and beyond my family is forever grateful for it!

This is not only the greatest name in home improvement,previously the sponcer of the greatest driver of all time to ever sit in a \NASCAR\ , \JIMMIE JOHNSON\, its just great,if you need material for a job,or just killing time.

Store very easy to maneuver through. Associates very helpful and friendly. Love the variety and mixture of seasonal items. Went in for things for one season came out with two. Will visit again .
