Profile by Sanford has helped me immensely with making changes towards a healthier lifestyle. The staff are really supportive, and I've learned a great deal from them moving forward on my health and wellness journey! It is nice having a simple plan to follow and the food is really good (my favorite is the Sugar Cookie bar). Highly recommend to anyone that wants to lose weight and feel better!
I really enjoy working with the people at Profile by Sanford. They are true professionals and health and nutrition experts. Their nutrition programs are comprehensive, and they can help anyone who wants to control their weight or improve their overall health.
Profile is a great way to kick start your weight loss plan. The profile products make it easy to be successful and the weigh will come off when followed for most. As your weight loss progresses, the plan changes as more Whole Foods are added and profile convenience foods are reduced. By the end of the plan you should be able to smoothly transition into the sustain phase which will keep the weight off long term. The coaching sessions help you stay focused on the goal. Coaches are great at answering questions and working to keep you motivated. The profile Facebook group is also an excellent resource for sharing with others on the same journey.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the program and products. My coach is Kate C. she always helps me to think about and acknowledge non scale victories and challenges me when it seems I’m in my own way. I’ve lost weight before but Profile is really helping me make a mental shift so that my loss is sustainable.
