This shuttle service is second to none! They are very reliable, very responsive to any special needs I have, and have never let me down. If my flight is late or early coming in, they easily work with me. I will always use them.

My aunt lives about 85 miles west of STL - for her to get to family functions in Southern IL, it is a stressful drive! My husband and I searched and searched for transportation and were amazed at the high rates and low flexibility most companies offered. We are so thankful to have found USA Express! The cost was reasonable, it was very easy for us to communicate with the driver, and as long as you schedule in advance, the timing is flexible. Best of all, my aunt felt comfortable and safe. Their customer service was fantastic - from easy rescheduling to taking extra care to ensure my aunt's experience was a good one. Thanks!

Booked a ticket from then to the St. Louis airport with a friend of mine, I had to leave a day earlier so they had us on two different itineraries. I left the Sunday while she left the following day Monday. Before the trip they called me and asked information on my pick up time and flight back to the airport, I said 1230 flight assuming we were talking about my day I was leaving. Put me down the following day, the Monday, pick up at 7. I know I should have checked the confirmation email to see the error but didn't, that's my mistake not theirs. I told the manager this wouldn't have been even possible if my friend and I were leaving the same day. Why would we choose different pick up times for the same flight? So obviously something on their end changed my date. They did refund me about 70 dollars which is appreciated, but I had to shell out 200 for a cab last minute to the airport to make my flight. Phone call was very respectful, no yelling and such, I've been in customer service before so I hate those situations.
