Always late, mom transferred from northwest to gilchrist and the rise was horrendous for her. Came to gilchrist screaming and saying she hurt.Wasn’t addressed until she got to gilchrist. She arrived 3 hours after her scheduled time. Last year when we had her transported from levindale to sunrise it was also a disaster. Was to leave at 12, arrived at sunrise 6 pm.

Great service. My father wasn't actually able to get into the wheelchair as he suffered a broken leg the same morning he was going to get picked up. They sent an ambulance with a stretcher in no time, and no extra fee. The staff were so kind to us and took great care of us. Thank you so much!

Just left GBMC oncology (January 6th at 10:45 am) and they had an ambulance parked right in front of the door, almost on top of the side walk, blocking the flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and obstructing several parking spots. This is a cancer center and there are very sick people who need unobstructed access to this building. They were parked there upon my arrival, and when i left, having not moved their unit. They were not moving, loading, or unloading a patient, and there is no reason for them to have been parked here. I find it to be very unprofessional and inconvenient for hospital patients. I did not get the unit number, but i know they can identify the unit by GPS and dispatch records.
