I just wanted to share my existence with the quoting process. We are setup with Marty to get a quote to replace some 34 windows in our home. The appointment was scheduled for Friday, and it was a no call no show, so I called because this was a referral from a friend who had a positive experience with them. We rescheduled for Saturday, which took 3 hours to complete, with a promise to get the quote back to us on Monday. I emailed Marty on Monday evening, saying that he would work on the quote that evening. It's now Wednesday morning and we still haven't gotten a quote from him. The positive is that he helped us capture a few things we missed, so the company we are going with will be able to take advantage of the changes. Marty seemed knowledgeable about windows and the product, he just didn't meet a single timeline to present or quote our project.

We shopped around several contractors for new Siding and windows for our house. When Tom and Matt came out from America's best Choice, I quickly knew we had found our guys. Instead of trying to upsell like the others we talked to, They point out ways to cut costs and made some great suggestions. They were not the cheapest quote we got but no where near the most expensive either. We had a older Cedar Sided House that had been added on to and had huge windows in the back room. We contracted with them to replace all the Cedar Siding that had been eat up by carpenter bees over the years with Cement Fiber Board, Replace all Large windows in the back of the House and wrap the Soffits and Fascia and Repaint the house when done. The project took much longer than we had hoped due to Covid and short supplies but Tom and Matt were with us all the way and communicated very well. Once the supplies were finally in, the project went quickly. There were some minor issues along the way and a few bumps in the road as anyone should expect with a Project this size but the way the company responded to these issues is what made the difference. They went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. I can not recommend them highly enough. Great to work with and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I've had America's Best Choice Windows install a number of windows in my home and just had them back to replace the siding. ABC installed \Allura\ siding, which comes with a 50 year warranty, for the same price point as competitors were selling Hardie board (30 year limited warranty). The job turned out great and I'd highly recommend you contact ABC if you’re in the market for siding.
