Customer service poor in the drop off area. Took time to unload belongings then told me I was good to go. Drove forward, jumped out to close truck bed, noticed there were still items in truck bed. Asked them to come help, they acknowledged that, I waited and they never came back to assist and complete the job. If I wait in line to donate product I expect good customer service and a complete job. Salvation Army and North Fulton Community Charities are right down the road.

I love this place! You never really know what is there. I do drop offs here rather frequently because I'm currently cleaning out my closets. So I'm here on a weekly basis. And what I found varies greatly from week to week. I'm not into clutter or into junk, so I only pick up things that are of use to me in my lifestyle. There is a surprising amount of that available here on a day to day basis! Need a camera stand? Need a bike rack for your car? I've literally picked up both of these things here in the past month! I love this place!
