Good News Willie was WONDERFUL! I did not feel pressured or intimidated at all. As a woman, I feel as though it is somewhat terrifying to walk into a car dealership. The person who made my appointment could have done a better job. He never asked me my name and never addressed me by name. He told me my appointment time was for 12:15 but the confirmation email showed 12:00. Had I not paid close attention and I would have been late for the appointment and lost my slot. The person who assisted me the day of my visit (Armando) did a very good job and was customer service oriented. He explained the additional services I needed - without being pushy - and suggested a course of action.

I always enjoy going to Regal Nissan. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2014 when I purchased my Nissan Sentra. I only go to Regal Nissan for services. The service department is efficient and effective. I made an appointment for an oil change (which is super user friendly on the website) a staff member came out to my car at the time of my appointment with friendly customer service and made sure to direct me to the waiting area. Regal Nissan is organized with their services, cleanliness in the waiting area and it was reassuring to see they were fully staffed. I enjoy the communication via text if I do leave the dealership while my car is being serviced. It’s easy to navigate when they text the final results and pricing. At check out Alex Catalfano was extremely helpful explaining my services and the results. He was patient with me and my questions and answered them with helpful information. Thank you all who is apart of the Regal Nissan Services Department team, you all rock!! Thank you for making my experience enjoyable, it shows you all value my time for the service and thank you for awesome customer service!

My experience here at Regal Nissan was A I picked up my new Nissan Titan Platinum reserve Java metallic and they had it with low mileage and super clean. My guy's Tyler, Chris, and Mike made my buying experience very clear and very easy I would definitely purchase here again and I will send my friends & family.
