The dealership is amazing. They didn’t have the car I was looking for and within two days, they had it on their lot. The process of test driving, determining the value of my trade in, figuring out the total cost, and getting financing took just under two hours. Purchased my used vehicle from here with the extended power train warranty. I owned the car for 5 years with no issues. I now have 100k miles on my car and the check engine light finally came on. I first emailed the service manager and told him my issues and I mentioned that I still had the power train warranty. He got back to me right away and scheduled me to come in the very next day. When I arrived the service technicians were already aware of my situation and had me set up and ready to go. The service technician (Michael) was very understanding of my situation and worked hard with the warranty company to help me get my repairs done. They always let me know of what was going on and helped me out in any way I needed. I ended up getting all my repairs fixed under the warranty and it was because of the hard work and effort from the whole service department. I was thrilled on how I was treated and now my car is as good as new. I would surely recommend Rick Case Roswell for service and to purchase my next vehicle. By far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Our salesman was friendly, professional and very helpful, but never pushy and didn’t try to sell me every single car on lot that I wasn’t there to see. To me, that’s a salesman because I don’t buy unless I’m comfortable. I have dealt with pushy and slimy many times in the past, and every time I walked away. Once we decided to buy, we were out the door with total transparency and peace of mind in 40 minutes, driving the best deal we’ve ever gotten. The finance manager was awesome. Super upbeat and transparent. He was thorough in his explanation of everything and I never felt like I was being pushed to “assembly-line” sign. Everyone we had the pleasure of working with only made it a more impressive experience. They will absolutely be my choice for service and maintenance for my Santa Fe, even after the 2 free years! Hyundai or not, I will go to Rick Case the next time I buy a car simply because of the experience. TLDR: Go to Rick Case Roswell. You won’t be sorry if you do, but you’ll be sorry if you don’t!

I went to the dealership to check water leak. The brake pads were needed to be changed also. I highly recommend Mike who is in the service department. He gave me a great deal since I have been there many times before. You should make your appointment with Mike for your service if you ever go there for your car. Thank you so much.

Great car dealership the sales person John Henry is very knowledgeable lots of experience professional and polite there finance guy was awesome the place is clean and friendly how ever I think they need to fire the person that details there cars he has no taste or vision and I am sure he doesn’t care I spent 4 hours detailing the inside of the used car that i bought from them after there detail guy was done with it when you buy a car at a name brand dealership you will get a full tank of gas but at rick case dealerships you will only get half tank of gas I am not stressing over twenty dollars of gas but little stuff like that gives plenty of good word of mouth free advertisement.
