Definitely Extremely welcoming. The guy Sparky will help you all he can, wether you buy a Harley with him or not. It truly felt like a family. I ended up buying a Harley as pre-owned outside the shop, however i cannot wait to go back for parts, services, clothing or more. Truly a great experience, and advise anyone loving motorbike to go there.
