This is such an amazing location if there is no cone in the space pull on in and go pay for your spot No better deal than 26 dollars a day We love it and enjoy being able to get anything we need!! So come on down

Love the park. RV spots are a little close together. But one of my favorite spots. Owners are very polite and accommodating

Website says no eservations\ \first come first serve\ but yet they'll put a cone in the middle of a spot to eserve\ it for someone. 25/day is reasonable but 600 monthly is very high. There are several other places cheaper and quieter close by.

No amenities at all. The slots are very close together and you don't have a picnic table, fire pit or even grass. The good thing is that there is a hike and bike trail across the road with a couple of play scapes if you have kids, and, soccer fields plus batting cages. And, lots of places to eat. Another good (and could be bad) thing is Dell Diamond is also across the road. They have AAA baseball games. The bad part is that they also have concerts, like Snoop Dog, there. He was loud and naughty words that you could hear plain as day until about 1 am. This park is pricey 600/month for 30 amp and 700/month for 50 amp. No reservations are accepted, so you just pull in and hope for the best. We chose this park because we live full-time in our rv and travel for work. Our down-time is winter and this park is close to our kids and friends. So, convenience over practicality or scenery.
