Love how the google search for Partner's says masks are required and staff clean surfaces between visits, but none of the staff wear masks and the place is dingier than a Whataburger bathroom.

Awesome selection of specialty pet products. Great selection of freshwater fish. And great selection of snakes. Also a great spot for very well bread puppies! We always visit to see what is new and chat with the friendly staff.

I've been going here for years. Sabrina is my favorite there. Super knowledgeable about fish, dogs, lizards, the works. They work their butts off here to provide everyone a place where they can look at all different options for pets. Also really great about working with fish returns & exchanges. Even the owner is a fish enthusiast.

You might want to reconsider your visit. Red Flag #1 First visit here, I got a small rat. She was infested with lice (shes all better now) pretty sure the ENTIRE store has lice. Red Flag #2 This rat in the photo had a open wound that has been untreated. Red Flag #2 This one female employee has not been wearing a face mask fof the entire visit. I can tell the pandemic does not bother her. Decided to visit again and once more no mask in sight. Red flag #3 The prices for the puppy's are super over priced and they look miserable. Why would you want to have them stepping on metal constantly? If your the owner and you see this. I really hope this an eye opener to your shop and should consider taking a few actions. I'm sure other people have thought the same. This is just cruel.

The employees and the boss don’t like brown or black people period. When I Walk in I didn’t get a hi or anything I was looking at fish and I wanted to buy a fish and waited for one of them To come and ask if I need anything never happen while I was waiting a white person came in and they got a hi and a welcome and ask them if they needed help with anything or have any questions, I walk out after that.
