Do not go here if you suspect cavitations or bone loss. Matthew Carpenter is mostly skilled at injecting an ozone mixture to eset your mouth energy\. Okay, whatever. If you go in with an issue outside of his limited skill set, his staff tells you he had to leave for an emergency and they can't reschedule you at that time. When you try to reschedule they don't return your calls leaving you to wonder what you did wrong. Staff is programmed to say they \appreciate you\ at the end of each conversation, lacking sincerity. Patient beware.

Dr. Carpenter seemed very friendly at first. When I started coming here it was discovered that I had a tooth that needed extracting. I was initially impressed with how well he and his staff took care of me during and after the procedure. However, several months later they called and cancelled my cleaning, stating an emergency, but they would not let me reschedule at that time. A few days later I received a certified letter telling me I was terminated from the practice. I was shocked. To my knowledge I had never done anything to warrant a termination. I couldn't get answers over the phone so I finally had to show up at the office, twice, before they would finally talk to me about it. Dr. Carpenter would not face me but a staff member explained that since I was seeing an oral surgeon (I had to have a bone graft since Dr. Carpenter did not preserve the bone after tooth extraction and I had severe bone loss) they felt I would be receiving too much \conflicting\ information and that I would be best treated by a traditional dentist. Thankfully I have found a wonderful dentist to take over treatment. Dr. Carpenter's handling of the situation was horrible though. He never even bothered to talk to me himself, just sent a letter that made me feel like I'd done something horrible. The stars I give the practice are for the rest of the staff...they were always so sweet and wonderful, especially the front office ladies, and I will miss them.

Probably the best experience I've had with a holistic dentist or just dentists in general. Matt was great to talk to and very understanding of my situation with my health and teeth. Him and his team were very professional and kept it cool all through my dental check-up. I would definitely recommend them to close ones and will return in the future.
