The assistance given for follow up care was completely unacceptable. The social worker Tammy did not do her job setting up home health care when my loved one was released. She did not even verify that the agency they usually use had service in the area we lived. So now we are at the hospital 3 days later to get wound vac and wound dressing replaced. Not to mention no return phone calls.

The aides and nurses are good for the most part but they dont feed you enough to sustain you, at least not a 300 # man. The food is cold when it arrives and the poor staff goes back and forth to heat. Need better management on weekends!
