I bought the tiles during the start of the pandemic and asked all kinds of questions before I purchased them. I live on the west coast and they didn’t have a show room and went on faith. Once delivered they came on a pallet a lot of them were crumbling on the corners like breaking off. I laid them out and thought the texture was off so I called them and voiced my concern. I literally didn’t get any resolution till October and they sent 10 tiles. When the new tiles came you could see the difference in quality. Like it had the coating that makes them water proof. I have been in a battle with this company to send me new tiles as they sent me defected ones and they only want to credit me 150.00. So the worse part of this company is they can’t guarantee quality so you go in blind. Thats like a 1,000 not knowing what your gonna get. So personally I do not like this company. Worst customer service ever!

Called multiple companies for quotes, this was one of them. Sales rep, Danny, quoted me a price on rubber mulch, told me it was in stock and I could come the next day for pickup. The next day the company was closed due to Passover without Danny notifying me of this. I call back two days later, speak to Allen, I ask for a manager, he tells me there is no available managers and I have to deal directly with my sales rep. Wait an hour after they open to speak to Danny just so he can tell me that Allen, his manager, said the price went up by an additional 150 because of a misquote. Absolutely ridiculous company with poor management skills and zero customer service. Save your time and contact someone else, they have zero regard for you as a customer.
Rubber mulch is great mulch for my landscaping, doesn't need to be replaced every year like wood mulch. Great company, nice staff, A!!
