We have been customers from several years and have experienced great customer service. But today I wanted to compliment our route driver, Michael. He has gone above and beyond the past 2 months with calling to let me know he was at my home to make a drop and wheeled the bottles into my garage. 5 stars to him and Water Boy! Keep up the great customer service.

Waterboy was the best out of three companies I used. They were always willing to help out when needed. They delivered water when they were supposed to. They made it easy to sign up with and then cancel.
I have been with water boy for about 25 years I have never had a problem that they didn't take care of, always fast and very courteous! When I call they always help to solve the problem. I wouldn't have anyone different. Drivers always very respectful and very helpful. Thank you Water Boy for wonderful service!
Kudos to my delivery guy - Keith. I needed his help fixing my water cooler and I wasn't home when he stopped by to drop off the water. He called and made arrangements to come back by and fixed the cooler. He was so nice and helpful. Always have the best customer service with Water Boy. Thank you! I am surprised by some of the reviews since I have had excellent service from both the delivery people and the billing department. I do have my own cooler (from Amazon) so I cannot speak to that. They are inexpensive so why pay a rental fee. I have never had a delivery not occur and they send out a schedule in advance. The driver picks up my empties from the enclosed front porch and leaves full ones. They even called before Hurricane Irma to ensure I had enough supply. I recently did not leave any empties out and they left two full bottles but on the very next delivery they picked up the two empties and did not leave full ones which kept me at my preferred 6 bottle limit. I was very impressed since I was not stuck finding room for the extra two from the previous month. Maybe I just lucked into a great driver but I have had zero issues and the price is equivalent to lugging heavy bottles home from the store.
