I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot here back in June of 2020, they were great about help with financing and the sale, but when going over the vehicle we found that the rear window had the defrosters detached and no hydraulic arms, they agreed to take care of it but it wasn’t in the actual sale agreement so I just had to take them at face value. After emailing back and forth over a few weeks and trying to get them to schedule a time to get it done they eventually just stopped responding to my emails altogether, guess that was easier for them....now being the middle of wonder I am paying for this, and it’s no fun opening that rear glass without arm assist. Otherwise would have been a 5 star review.

They had a car I liked, flexed on the price and were upfront with what they knew about the car. I fixed the issues I was aware of and the car has ran amazing. Great customer service. I purchased a 2007 BMW 335i.

I don't usually have good experiences with car dealers but these guys are awesome. They worked with our unique financial situation, got us a sweet warranty which has paid off and saved our butts with informing us about a recall on our vehicle so that we didn't have to pay anything. It's been 3 years of legit service. Especially Trevor...that guy is awesome!

Creative Credit Auto was seriously the right choice. I was able to get in, get the car I wanted, and they even bought my old 2004 and helped me get into my 2008 Avenger. The thing is a beast, and it was priced just right. Tyler really helped me out and was courteous. If you end up buying a used car, give this place a shot and ask for him to help you out. I will be telling all my friends to check out Creative Credit Auto.
