I called ahead to make sure the bike I wanted to look at was still available. I explained I lived far away. I drove an hour and a half to see an 11000 motorcycle. When I walked in the door two people were behind the counter. One was the owner, Dan, and the other a woman. I stood in front of them for about five minutes before they even acknowledged me. Then they asked what I was there for. I replied to look at a particular motorcycle. They pointed it out and said they were busy and would be with me in a moment. So, I started to look at it. I wanted to sit on it but the seat wasn't attached. So, I tried to afix it. No one offered any help. After about 10 to 15 minutes of looking at the bike and trying to install the seat. I finally figured it out and sat on the bike. Still no sales person. I finally left. It wasn't until I was in my car that a sales person came out asking if they could help me. Which by then it was to late. Poooor customer service! I guess I'll spend my 11000 elsewhere.

This place is nice. Chill atmosphere. I also like that the guy working the counter was very helpful. Got on line to find the part I was Looking for after letting me know he didnt have it. Best was that he did it with out any kinda issues and not caring that he or store wouldn't make money on sale after referring me to another outlet.

If you are needing any parts for your bike... this is a place to shop. I was able to get my Scout 60 oil filters for 7.00. I was being charged for them from Cycle Country for over 16 each. This is hiway robbery... Go to Dan's, he will take care of your motorcycle needs.
