This was the year I would purchase my 1st new Harley so I did my research online and went to 2 other local shops before I came to Salem Harley. I was referred by friends who had bought several bikes here and was told its not just the sale but the service that keeps them coming back. I had stopped in a week ago and saw the bike I wanted. I changed color about mid week and called, no problem. I called ahead and came in on Saturday. I wasn't expecting my bike to be staged waiting for me. The place was full of customers and I got the red carpet treatment through the whole process. We were introduced to every department and walked through each step of owning a new bike. If I wanted to see how a curtain piece of equipment would look they went and got it and let me see it. How cool is that. When we were done we had spent some money and felt good about our purchase and the service we would continue to receive. Thank you all at Salem Harley you go the extra mile.

The team at Salem Harley Davidson were great to work with for purchasing my 2021 Road Glide Limited. Les in sales is a no BS no hassle guy who i would definitely buy from again. Jim the sales manager played none of the games you typically see with trade in values and is a straight shooter right out of the gate. John and Jenny in motor clothes were very helpful but not pushy which I appreciated. Brian and Bryce were great with service and customization. Last but certainly not least was Mo in finance. Mo was very helpful with closing the deal and explaining all the coverages. I appreciated Mo working to find the best rate and terms for me. Salem Harley is worth dealing with. I will be back. JW
I can't tell you how happy I am with them and their service. From the moment I bought my bike, all the way up through getting some warranty work done and then later with service and parts purchases. These guys rock. When it is time to buy my next bike they get my business. Now lets go ride to Infinity and Beyond.
Terry at Salem Harley is an amazing salesman. He was very personable and helpful. He know the brand well. He helped make buying my new 2021 Street Bob a breeze. Watson in finance made that side of buying a new bike the easiest experience I've had as well. The parts department, service, and apparel staff were very nice and a pleasure to meet as well. Salem Harley and the staff made myself and step father feel right at home and like we've known everyone for years. We will be back for any of our future needs or just to visit at an event soon.
