I bought a house from Fleetwood Homes through American Homes of Rockwell. I would have been better off staying homeless in my car. I’ve had so many problems but nobody wants to correct them. I couldn’t use either of my showers the first few months of living in my “brand new home”. Fleetwood Homes has had to come fix multiple things Rockwell Homes did incorrectly and they travel all the way from Virginia. Rockwell Homes is literally right around the corner from me and I can’t even get them to answer the phone. I DO NOT recommend buying a home through them.
No complaints about my home just the coustomer service and the communication felt like I was never told about what and when things were going to happen always had to call and get awnsers. After we closed on the house I have yet to hear anything from them about how we like the home or of there are any issues every time I call to find out when they are coming to do finish grading around my house they either don't awnsers or tell me to bare with them I am assuming starting another job is more important than finishing one I recommend fleetwood homes just not this buying from these folks
