I love this store. I went for my first time and the customer service and workmanship were outstanding. They even ended up charging me less than their original estimate. They fixed a 70-year-old lamp and it is better than new! Great place!

I have a mermaid lamp that needed a new cord because there was a short somewhere. Not only did he replace the cord, quickly, but he found a BEAUTIFUL shade, and installed it for me. He was careful with everything, and even explained what bulb to use (installed it as well). Everyone in this store is knowledgable, considerate, and prices are appropriate. I'd go back in a heartbeat for service, or to shop.

The Lamp Company is a fantastic place to get lamps serviced . They also have good lamp shades in stock and the ability to order a wide variety of lamp shades. Bill is super knowledgeable about lamps. He knew a lot about some treasured lamps I had inherited and helped us appreciate them even more. The service was great, prices were beyond reasonable, and they got it done in good time. I would recommend them to anyone! In fact, I am going back today to get some more lamps serviced!

They custom made a lamp shade for a very old Aladdin alacite lamp that I had. Because of prior damage, and my poor attempt at fixing it myself, a harp couldn't be added but it had a beautiful finial that I wanted to use. They made the shade so it would clip onto the light bulb but also added a part where I could attach the finial. My little lamp may not be worth much money because of the prior damage but, thanks to them, it's beautiful again. I liked that shade so much that I went back a week later and had them make another shade out of the same material for another lamp.

I "luckily" was referred to The Lamp Company by another company that didn't do repairs and rewiring. WOW, couldn't be more happy with the service, the knowledgeable owner (Bill) and Tim. I had 3 of my favorite lamps rewired (2 of my Grandmother's Antique Art-Deco) and not only were they very quick in responding to my desire to get them done, but went above and beyond and even put felt pads on them so there'd be no chance of them scratching our furniture. Can't say enough about the service and What REASONABLE prices they charge... I'll now be an advocate for THEM in all of my networking activities... Thanks Bill & Tim, you guys were GREAT!

Had such a great experience with this company and am so glad I found them! They were so knowledgeable and helpful, and they were able to fix a pendant light that I thought would be unfixable! I was so impressed with the service and the price point and will definitely use them again in the future!
