About4 years ago my husband and I purchased a car at Sam Swope Advantage Plan. Our salesman Paul Miller was amazing in getting us is a reliable, low mileage and low priced car! Now almost 4 years later my husband and I were ready to purchase another car and after our wonderful experience with Paul we decided to give him a call and found out he moved to Sam Swope Mitsubishi. Paul did it once again and found my husband and I an amazing 2011 Chevy Impala and we absolutely LOVE it!! If you are in the market to purchase a new car I would definitely recommend Paul Miller. I have dealt with many sales people over time and I would have to say Paul Miller by far surpasses any and all expectations. He is very knowledgeable of his product line and goes beyond his duty to make it a buyers experience. They didn't have the car that I wanted on the lot, Paul took it upon himself to make a deal with another dealership to get the car and have it delivered to Kentucky to make the deal possible. Super nice guy and is all about making his customers happy. Most sales people that you come across are very pushy and are seemly obtuse, no one that I dealt with at Sam Swope seemed to be anything less than friendly and satisfaction oriented. Thank you Paul for making my purchase experience rather effortless and easy on my pocket.
