We are extremely pleased with the customer service. All the staff were friendly and willing to help with every step. Our direct sales lady (Nina) even gave us her personal phone number and answered questions we had, day or night. The whole process was easily done over the phone or via emails. Which right now the o contact\ was very nice. Our new home was delivered and set a month earlier than we expected. For us that was awesome. The home itself is nicely built and customized exactly as we ordered. I highly recommend using Alamo. From beginning to end every single person we dealt with was great!

I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. Christopher Williams was our sales person and the most adorable, honest, hardworking person to get us through this. He answered ALL of my calls, emails and texts. We answered every question no matter how late we text or called. I was on a deployment while my husband went to see him, but he kept me informed of everything, signing, delivery, setup and beyond, so I didnt have to worry about anything when I came home. He is now a definite life long brother in this family!!!
