Love there single wide homes. Very affordable. Also different floor plans which I love. Haven't made purchase yet, been looking 6 month . They are one of my top choices to purchase from. In master bath just want a tile shower no tub needed. Also upgraded sink ,faucet , and appliances in my kitchen . Open floor plan with a some feel of separation from kitchen and living space.
My wife and I would like to thank Goldsboro Homes for their hard work, persistence, professionalism, and attention to making sure our purchasing experience with them was a smooth one. Sandra, Jessica and Rick are a family run business that genuinely care about their customers. Our experience during the COVID-19 pandemic and bad weather left us wondering if we were ever going to get into our home. When things seemed to crawl to a stand-still as a result of the pandemic and weather situations, Sandra and Jessica assured us that they were looking out for ours and their best interests. At one point, the factory was so behind, did their very best to find Brandon McLeod. I would highly recommend him. The concrete driveway was put in by Mr. Tony Williams whom I would also highly recommend. We did have other problems along the way with some of the other contractors , but I can honestly say that Jessica and Sandra did an outstanding job to find the best and quickest response to those problems. I give Goldsboro Homes a top 5. They are truly a wonderful Christian Family Run Business that will take care of you. Jim and Diane Boatright
Really nice houses and very affordable. Not corporately owned. Owners work with you with your budget.
Very impressed with the organization, cleanliness and overall presentation of the models at their location. Sandra was very accommodating in helping me price the home we were looking at. While we ultimately went in another direction for our home, I can only say good things about my interaction with this company and their staff. If you are in the market for a modular/mobile home, I would certainly stop by and check out Goldsboro homes!
