Trailer equipment rental was in decent condition. We rented the trailer for 2 days cause we weren't sure if we would make it back by end of day to turn in, but we were able to return same day. Front desk person did not want to refund for second day rental they said they don't do refund for services paid for and not used. After speaking with front desk cashier they finally gave refund but only of partial of sub total amount did not refund full amount. Now I know that it is only a few dollars difference but still doesn't make it okay. Beware of this place and be careful when doing business with people like this.

This place is awesome..as I waited I was entertained by the receptionist Theresa...shes great and Mike is great he fixed my horn for me fixed whatever I needed I was recommended this place and I'm telling you if u need work done this is the spot they are very reasonable these other reviews must be wrong cuz im picky about my spots and I got the BEST customer service EVER from all of these guys and lady that work there...O...O...AND NO SIGN OF ALCOHOL WAS PRESENT!! that's for u for saying they was Mexicans and drinking beer...idiot
I have been there twice for berings and other trailer needs they are very good at what they do.The lady at the front counter was very nice.the prices seem fair.I would recommend. I also rented a trailer 18ft for 50 bucks you can't beat that price.
Took my bent rim and they did a horrible job and still charged me 140. There not professionals.
