Stay away from this company! They have been terrible from the start. I am in the middle of trying to complete a big project and have been contacting them for a week to try and get them to fix the search on Outlook. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service and results. For the money they charge, just hire a decent IT person.
Awesome people; very professional and helpful. I highly recommend their services at any level for business' IT needs. Anything they can't resolve immediately, they research and find a resolution within an acceptable amount of time.
Working with IT providers all over the country, the ENTRUST team takes their IT consulting to a new level. They invest heavily in their systems to support their customers and make it simple to understand what they are trying to achieve on the computer network. If your company needs a new IT provider, I would heartily refer ENTRUST to be that provider
They are nice to work with but caused an issue with my new computer and never fixed it. They said I should return my NEW laptop to where I purchased it from and offered no real solution. Again they CAUSED the issue. Now our contract is up and I am stuck with a laptop that has serious issues even though before the contract was up I asked them to fix it and they never got back to me. Had I caused the problem it'd be one thing, but if an IT company screws up a new computer I expect them to make it right. Now I'm high and dry.....
