The staff was extremely helpful. The griddle I wanted was not something they usually carry and they went out of their way to order the model I wanted to purchase. I was so happy that they listened to my needs and didn't try to sell me on something else. Best of all I received everything relatively quickly considering it had to be ordered. I'll shop at Mission again!

Went to order parts frustrated lady rude In front plus guy won't be back till after 1:00 for lunch No one else to help! Very inconvenient and should post on website they can not help from 12:00-1:00 Should hire more staff!!!!
