We were unaware that we needed to make an appointment to see a salesman and view the homes due to COVID, but they were quick to accommodate us. Our salesperson was Brandon who was very informative and patient. He was always quick to return phone calls and texts to answer our questions or concerns. The staff at Palm Harbor made the whole process easy and stress-free.

By far the Worst home buying experience I have ever experienced. Our salesman was great, but the minute we put our money down we felt ignored and and just like another number. Don’t know how many time the excuse of Covid was used, but it got annoying fast. Now, we love our home and it is beautiful but I would never recommend buying a home through palm harbor. It has been over a month since we moved into our home and there were multiple things that were meant to be repaired and we were told they would return within 2 weeks. As 2 weeks past and not seeing or hearing from anyone we forgave the time due to holidays but now we have been promised a day and we still sit waiting. They preach about their warranties and customer service about how amazing they are but you can never get in touch with anyone to be able to get any repairs done on your home. I have multiple emails and phone calls logged, if you like a home palm harbor, be prepared to wait for ever to get it and or do not expect them to repair anything when they say they do. Again, they have beautiful homes but their service and customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced.
My family and I came went to see James in April after seeing his posts on Facebook. We drove 3.5 hours to get there. He was very professional from the start, and understanding of what we were wanting in a home.. We had a few issues with our land(not related to the dealership) but James was very reassuring and told us to trust the process, that everything would work out and he was right. James really makes the home buying process a breeze. I would 100% recommend anyone to go see him. You won't be disappointed. Thank you so much, James for all of your hard work.
