Dr.Rodriguez, Carol, & Josephin were the Best Ladies we could’ve ever had service from! My 2 Year Old stuck Play-Doh in his ear I was So scared on the verge of tears thinking about what torture it would be to get it out and I was Completely Astounded they made us feel comfortable my 2 year old didn’t cry at all! He didn’t even yell in discomfort they got it out and no less than a minute seriously I will only come here for Emergencies ️

I took my 3 month old and will never go back. The place was very dirty and dark. It was 4pm on a rainy day and there were no lights on in the lobby. I was standing in the dark lobby waiting on the two girls to quit goofing off in the back and acknowledge me for almost 15 min. When they finally acknowledge us they were very rude and whispering to each other and laughing. Not professional at all. After we finally got a room (which was dirty) the NP looked at my baby for about 15 seconds and prescribed her antibiotics for an ear infection although she never looked in her ears.

Walking into this place you would never know we were in the middle of a pandemic! The receptionist wasn't wearing a mask, the whole place was unsanitary, and the doctor kept wiping his face, nose, and mouth while he was clearly sick. Worst urgent care ever.

Took my daughter in this morning and she was seen right away. The staff was super friendly, helpful and courteous. The facility was clean and the waiting room was entertaining for if there had been a wait time. We will definitely be using this location again for any emergency needs. Can’t say enough good things about it!
