Let me start by saying that we could not have been happier with the work that Water Rock Custom Pools & Outdoor Living did for us. Our experience with them was great and they were so patient with us. They truly listened to what we thought we wanted, what we didn’t want, and came up with a patio with a water feature that we loved. Once we agreed on the design and cost, we moved into construction. We were then left in the capable hands of Jeff; he cared about the little details and makes sure that everything gets incorporated exactly as planned. Construction was efficient and they worked diligently. I was scared that my backyard was a construction zone but the crew cleaned up every day and they treated my yard as their own home. The entire experience was great in my opinion. When you spend that kind of money, you want to feel like you are getting a good value. I feel like we got what we paid for and then some. Water Rock Custom Pools & Outdoor Living did a great job of explaining the process that of building the patio with water feature. I was confident in their abilities the entire time. Water Rock Custom Pools & Outdoor Living earned our trust, and I would without hesitation recommend them to friends and family that are interested in building a patio with water feature.

We had a great experience with Water Rock Custom Pools & Outdoor Living. I had originally called 3 companies and researched them all. Then I heard about the great reviews with Water Rock Custom Pools & Outdoor and decided to go with them. . On Wednesday, Jeff and his crew came around 10 AM and were gone by 3 PM. They did a great job as I was excited to see the final touches. They worked in unison and showcased teamwork that I never seen before. They were like automated machines and knew what they were doing. Jeff did show me a few things to make sure my pool continued to be elegant. He did teach me about plaster and why I needed it in my pool. I am more convinced now to use additional plastering if needed. They were very friendly and took care of my needs. So to sum up, great company, efficient, and friendly owner (Jeff) . Add in quality workmanship and good prices, overall great experience.

We have been to several different places to find the best price to get a pool built. We were disappointed so many times from the outrageous prices to build our dream pool. We got a recommendation to talk to Jeff and his company to get a good price for our pool done. After meeting Jeff and seeing his vision for us, we are astonished on the deal he gave us. He gave us our dream pool by listening to what we want and then he educated us about making sure our dream pool continues to be a dream. My children love the water and continue to be in our lovely pool thanks to this good person.

The communication was very good with their team. The work they had done was on time which they had promised. We had our pool built using quartz and from start to finish they looked so in tune with building our pool. They also talked and educated us on what is needed for upkeep in the pool and for small items to buy later on. I was so excited on how they showed us how to make sure our pool stayed fantastic all year long. I was very happy with the results, the pool is beautiful. Absolutely love, love our new pool!!

I know that I'm not the easiest guy to work with, when it comes to anything, I am very hung up on the details, but Jeff was just exceptional with his work. He calmed my nerves through his knowledge of pools, explained the issues, and processes for me. Once the pool was almost done, Jeff and his team have been everything we could have hoped for in a pool service. He answered every question we had, explained our pool equipment and expected functionality of the pool at every step.
