Kevin and Mona are second to know when it comes to customer service and producing a excellent product. They go above and beyond to make the best product that they can. Kevin has spent a considerable amount o time talking me through every part of the products that I wanted, and once your a customer your experiences with that product is their main priority. I don’t know many shop owners that give out their personal number for questions but Kevin is one of them and he insist you contact him directly with any questions. The product is tested and tested and retested for the utmost quality of production that is available. Truly making a product that they believe in and with a goal to make the ride and experience perform to the highest expectation. My experience with Big Bear Performance has been nothing but EXCELLENT! They have THE BEST customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with with no exaggeration
Quality is excellent.bought a few items from Big Bear..Keven. Very down to earth no bs.its dealing with a very high end shop on a personal level.. if you wana go fast you gotta be set up.. or you will get hurt..suspension before anything else. Already planning my next big bear purchase.
Showed up here with a passenger and a dead battery on my HD. They wouldn't sell me a battery so I could ride home. Luckily, there was a store down the street that has diehard motorcycle batteries. Bought a battery, jettisoned my other battery, then rode 100 miles back to San Diego. Made it too. But with zero help from BBC.
