I just want to say thank you to Steve for all his help during an incredibly tough time, my father passed away suddenly in the middle of the month in a home he was renting. We had a very small window of time to get his items clear from the house and Steve was able to come in, provide us a generous offer and then have a crew clear everything in less then a week. Again, huge thank you to Steve and his team for their efficiency, their professionalism and their help is this trying time.

Thanks Steve and the whole team. I had a very complex liquidation with my brother's estate in San Diego while I was living in France. Steve and I communicated via email and took care of everything, doing all the hard work.
