Fridge crashed and it wasn't worth it to repair. Wife stopped in and was able to get just what we needed, which during the covid appliance shortage is no easy task. Got it delivered by James and his partner. In and out, wearing a mask, super nice guy to work with. Everything went super smooth. Thanks guys!

A few years ago I went there and the guy was super knowledgeable and helpful. Got a great washer and dryer at a great price. But I bought a new home in East County and getting any help or information is just impossible. I drove all the way down there and he didn't have what I needed which was ok, but I had decided to email him instead of driving all that way and he just ignores my emails, he did get back to me once so I know he is getting them. That's the only reason he didn't get 5 stars, so if you want to buy from him (during covid I've tried to support local businesses instead of like, Walmart or Home Depot) you'll have to drive there and take your chances, otherwise I guess he's so busy he doesn't need your business. I really liked them too, referred several people to him so was very saddened by this because unfortunately by them not replying to my emails basically means my time is not important to them. I will say if you do go there, he is a very great guy to talk to, knows his inventory very well and if they have what you're looking for, you will walk away happy.

This place doesn't deserve any star. we bought a set of washer and dryer in June 2020. 2 months later, the washer stopped agitating. I called the office several times. When I finally talked to someone, I was told he would call back.. he never did. I left messages but never received a call back, even after calling over 10 times the calls were never answered. this place did not advice us that the set of washer and dryer we were buying are used. we did not find out until they were delivered and installed. I wasn't even provided with brochures for the set. I don't recommend this place. After they have received your money, you are on your own.
