Steve was amazing. He came out in very short notice, thoroughly inspected my property and I had a report in my inbox the same day! He carefully detailed everything that needed to be repaired on my home purchase and took the time to explain what the corrections were. He also does Termite inspections so he truly is the one stop shop. I would look nowhere else when choosing an inspection company.

Steve was very thorough in his inspection and took a look at anything we would have had questions on. He provided us in detail about all the things that were good and needed work. He was super helpful, professional and friendly. This will be our first home purchase so it was great having somebody like him help us.
First and foremost I am a very punctual person. I appreciate when a vendor is on time and ready to go at the scheduled time. These guys were on time, equipment ready and they were at it right at the scheduled appointed time. They did there job professionally and quickly. When it was done they explained what they saw, what they would fix and what they thought might be an issue down the line. They did it in a way that I understood what they were talking about. They also took time to explain the items I did not understand. Great job. I will be recommending them to others and I will use them again when and if the need arises.Great Job!
Our inspector, Steve, was amazing! On time, courteous, friendly and very knowledgable about home inspections and explaining any repairs that need to be made and why. I would recommend Steve and Sea to Sky Inspections to anyone!!
