Mr. Victor is a professional and will take care of your shoes. I've been to other dress shoe repair shops and they use hard materials. This place has high quality soft materials that feel amazing on your feet! Yes, he doesn't speak English but it's great service. Making a Spanish speaking friend in San Fernando shouldn't be hard.
