Decent sized restaurant supply store. Some okay prep cookware as well as pots and pans. They have a large selection of east asian specific supplies: woks, sushi mats, bamboo steamers, etc. They have some nicer dishware and you can custom order/design your own. Prices are very good. People are very pleasant.

I have to share with you my exceptional shopping experience at Forest Restaurant Supply! Salesman, Joe Liao was friendly and very helpful throughout the shopping process, checking on availability of products and expediting my order once placed, to meet my delivery needs. Then yesterday, our delivery driver, Alonzo came at the agreed upon time and quickly unloaded 4 pallets worth of cafe furniture and kitchen equipment, staging it all to help us get it up to the second floor. He then offered to take the cardboard away when he saw we were opening boxes. Fast, friendly and efficient.. what a super-star!! I'd give Joe and Alonzo 'ten stars' if the option existed.
