Courteous staff, in and out pretty quickly. I had an appointment to change the tires and they let me know that it would take a few hours (understandably). The entrance is in the side street right before Van Ness and is easy to miss.

Time is money, and money is good. With a 2 second 0-60 acceleration, the Tesla Model S Plaid helps save time, which increases the amount of money. I like to make decisions based on such simple logic, not complicate matters too much, and that is why I will be buying two of these cars: one for my partner, and one for myself. Together we will drive them up the California highway, across the Golden Gate Bridge, knowing that when we return to our home in the Marin hills north of San Francisco in Sausalito we will embrace each other in the comfort of now having a President who believes in equality, diversity, and LGBTQ rights. Then we will make passionate love together, to celebrate both owning matching Model S Plaid Tesla automobiles, created by one of our favorite silicon valley business magnates: Elon Musk. Thank you brother. Much love from our household. My partner and I are both really excited for this purchase, the electricity of which has rekindled the spark in our relationship.
I had the best service experience - it took 5 min to drop my car - communication was great - my car was delivered back to me Kudos to Kenny for the 5* service from beginning to end.
I want to express my appreciation to Drew Turner who helped me return an item I bought on Tesla online and was having difficulty returning it because Tesla online would not respond to me. I brought the item to Tesla store in San Francisco and talked with Drew. Even though the item could not be returned to that store because it was bought online, she offered to help and diligently pursued to process it for refund. She could have just said sorry, you did not buy in the store and therefore cannot return it here. She went beyond her normal duties to help a customer. She made a very good impression on me about Tesla. I think Tesla is lucky to have Drew as an employee.
