I had a very positive car buying experience here with Edward Chang. I did not have a clear idea of which model to choose when I first stepped into the dealership. Edward answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly which was a great help since I was new to Subaru and not very familiar with all the latest car feature jargon. The extended test drive experience offered is OUTSTANDING, I was provided a car with the exact trim and options I wanted and was able to get a good feel for driving the car on different types of roads both during the day and after dark. Highly recommend anyone on the fence about a car to take advantage of this service. This gave me the confidence to make the purchase at the end of the test drive and I know I've made the right choice because now I keep sneaking glances back at it after I've parked :)

After looking at online inventory of cars available in my area, I saw that Capitol Subaru had a make, model and color that I was interested in. Clicking on the \buy online\ button and accessing more information about the car, I received a follow-up email from the Sales Manger. Asking if it was possible to set up an appointment to look at the car and ask some questions, I was paired up with Javier Lopez. He happily grabbed the keys and we went to go check it out and drive it around. When it came to it, talking shop was straight forward and a fair deal was agreed upon. Through my thorough inspection I found 1 scratch and a lack of floor mats. Both of these issues were resolved, getting polished out and adding the mats before I drove off the lot.

The purchase experience at Capitol Subaru was excellent. Henry Cruz was our associate. He was prepared prior to our visit and made sure the vehicles we were interested in were ready to be viewed and test-driven (even though we didn't have to). He was very helpful with walking through the steps of purchasing and explaining thoroughly the financing process. We were also able to make a good deal, check them out for your car purchasing needs!

I worked with Javier after finding a vehicle I liked online. The whole experience was very straightforward and he was very helpful. I found two small chips on the windshield during my test drive and he talked with a manager who arranged for the whole windshield to be fixed at no cost.
