We are so grateful to Integrated Speech Therapy and all the therapists my son has worked and to DJ for always helping with answering my questions and adjusting my appointments that work best for me. My son has made huge strides with his speech since starting about 6 months ago. He went from knowing about 20 words to having a vast vocabulary, and is able to put sentences together. There are many appointment times available to meet scheduling needs, especially if you work full time like I do. Thank you to Taylor for being so awesome with Daniel! The Dearies

I have been bringing my son here since April 2019. He has made amazing strides and progress in speech. I have been very happy with the staff here, they have always been friendly, professional and very helpful. They do everything they can do accommodate our changing schedule. It's been a great experience far, Nikki, Natalie and Shareen have done an amazing job working with my son. My child can now communicate with us and has started attending preschool all within 3-4 months of coming here for speech therapy! I would highly recommend IICA for all parents that have children dealing with speech delay.

Good place to go for therapy, their hours our great. Just make sure when you decide to work with them that you are a more than \proactive\ person when it comes to your insurance coverage. My son received services here, where we paid for each and every service and was not told until 8 months later that our insurance was denied, and that the facility had been appealing the denial without my consent. We were then told that we had accumulated a large total over 6 months. I was never communicated with, and the facility in their own words \assumed I knew my coverage and my debt amount\. I would recommend this place purely on their Saturday availability and nothing else. They have a never ending revolving door of therapist, and always cancel appointments last minute. It is easy to reach out and talk to personnel but make sure you go in asking the right questions. I went in with knowledge of how therapy and insurance worked and still ended up getting burnt in the end for an error that this facility did and won't own up to.

I agree with most of the reviews. This place cares more about the bottom line than about their clients. Also, they would cancel therapy sessions with an hour notice and they weren't very apologetic. Whenever they did hire a therapist that cared about the kids, that person would move on to a better job. I am currently looking for a place that cares about the kids, a more loving environment. Please do not consider getting speech therapy here.

5 star ( but I mean infinity star) My daughter is receiving her speech services by Ms. Brandi and Ms. Tayler but the team all are professional. They are super experienced :) My daughter is so lucky to be accepted at IICA after long waiting list but it is really worth it . They are seriously working on short term as well as long term goals . They always update parents of the kids improvement and productivity at the end of each session . Although the speach sessions is 30 minutes only , but at that short period your kid will learn something new which is amazing . Apart of the services they are providing to the kids , they are always supporting families too . I would like to give them infinity star as my personal feedback and experience.
