Our sales associate, Ben was extremely helpful and welcoming and we did not feel pressured at all by anyone we came in contact with. We went in with a plan and the sales team was able to get us exactly the deal we wanted. I recently bought a beautiful 2020 Subaru Forester, and was fortunate enough to have worked with salesman Shane. Shane was very pleasant to deal with. He was respectful, upfront, and very responsive to my inquiries leading up to the sale. Overall, it was a very friendly, low-pressure, and fairly hassle-free transaction. The only wish I really have about the dealership is for them to finish the darn remodeling/construction job already!
