Terrible service. Not even worth one star. Lazy service people. Rude office people. we are stuck with it. I couldn't even post this without adding one star. So there you have it. You have to give one star in order to hit \Post\. But I officially give you Negative 10 stars.

I had Crystal clear in my previous home and it an was outrageous base price . Without wasting a drip of water you are paying nearly 60 plus if you are late the 20 late fee. I moved and was with the city water paying 40/month and then Crystal Clear took over. Apparently, there was meetings prior to my move about Crystal clear taking over. Our water jumped up to 100/month. There are also constant letters in the mail about not drinking our water without boiling. We gave up drinking water out of our sink. We just buy bottle water now. So now we also have that money going out of our pocket for water. Pray they never take over your neighborhood. You will not be happy and still ripped off every month.

This company is winning by taking advantage of all its customers and because there’s no competition, there’s not a thing we can do about it except a class action lawsuit. 20.00 late fees, 3.95 “convenience fee” when paying on time online??? So we’re paying them to do their job? Always regulating water supply at private residence and trying to force home owners into putting an entirely new meter for land with duplex situations. I mean, they have to pay for that new water tower somehow!! Rude customer service and really not sure how they’ve made it this long to be honest.

If you are considering moving to an area where these people are your water providers might I suggest you consider getting a well.

They are crooks. It was 400 just to sign up for their service. & About 100 each month in fees just to have their service, & explain to me why the last few months when we stopped watering our lawn and no inside habits changed our water bill went up. For a family of just 2 adults! Every month since starting their service our bill has gone up. This last month we were not even home over a week out of month, stopped watering our lawn and yet our bill went up again. And forget about trying to get someone on the phone to answer any questions. They either are rude or won’t answer the phone. Unfortunately they are the only water company in the area. If we knew about their monthly rip off we would not have purchased our home.
